I had a wonderful experience at the Rolex boutique at CDG, thanks in particular to Miriam. From the moment I arrived, Miriam was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable and attentive. She took the time to show me the Land-Dweller in both 36mm and 40mm, talked me through the differences, and made the experience feel very personal rather than rushed. She also kindly offered me the opportunity to try on a GMT, which I really appreciated. Her knowledge, professionalism and genuine enthusiasm for the watches made the visit particularly enjoyable. It’s rare to receive this level of service, and Miriam is a real credit to the boutique. I’m very grateful for her time and look forward to visiting again on my future trips through Paris/CDG.
